Alhamdulillah, first of all, the researcher would like to praise to Allah SWT, the Almighty God always blesses her so that she could accomplish this thesis writing completely. Some influential persons are significant for her during the completion of this thesis. Therefore, she would like to extend her sincere gratitude and indebtedness to the outstanding persons.
